Monica joined The Doche Group in 2024 but has been at Baird since 2021 as a Client Specialist with another high performing advisor team. Having always worked in financial services, she started at Charles Schwab where she was a Brokerage Specialist in their Stock Plan Services Department. In this role, she provided exceptional customer service to employees of large companies who receive equity compensation from their employer. Monica holds her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and is currently working toward her CFP® designation. With this background, she is able to assist clients in the creation of comprehensive wealth management strategies and with an effortless client-centric approach, she aims to create the best client experience possible. Monica graduated from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2019 with a BA in Corporate Accounting.
Monica is a member of Baird's Paired Associate Liaisons (PALs), a “buddy program” created through our PWM Advisory Implementation Council (AIC) for diverse new hires. PALs is intended to enhance the onboarding experience for diverse associates, ultimately resulting in increased engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Out of the office, Monica enjoys travel, more than most, and has visited six continents and has plans to travel to Antarctica in the near future. She also is a huge "foodie", trying new foods and restaurants is her favorite pastime on the weekends. Monica's dedication to the community, drive to stay active, and keep positivity at the office enables her to be an asset to Baird and the greater City of Scottsdale.
